OVERVIEW WORKSHOPS AND SYMPOSIA

Each room is supported technically. The rooms are equipped with projector, computer with internet access and audio system. Presenters bring their digital presentation documents on a stick or an external hard drive.
The moderated, 90 minute Workshops focus on active discussions and debate. Workshop Inputs (not more than 3 per workshop) should not exceed 15 minutes and should center on a theorem or a clear, targeted question.
During a 90 minute symposium a maximum of 3 presentations will cover a specific topic. The presentation should not exceed 25 minutes, leaving an additional 5 minutes for discussion.
The four dialogue series is designed to engage FICE CONGESS participants in discussing critical topic for our organization, individual country members, and individual FICE members. Co-chairs will facilitate the discussions.
A poster gallery provides the opportunity for presenting additional practice models, concepts, or projects of inclusion. Authors will be able to elucidate their posters in poster sessions. Size of the poster: A0; it must be brought to the Congress in printed form.
Conditions for the participation of presenters
If and when your contribution has been accepted for the Congress Programme you must regis-ter for the Congress as a regular participant and pay the Congress Fee (450 Euro). Presenters do not receive any remuneration. However, one person per presentation in a workshop or sym-posium can reclaim 100 Euro/ 120 CHF of the Conference Fee, or donate this amount to a des-ignated Congress project.
