OVERVIEW: This four dialogue series is designed to engage FICE CONGESS participants in discussing critical topic for our organization, individual country members, and individual FICE members. Participants may select any or all of the following sessions: EXCHANGE PROGRAMS, LEAVING CARE/TRANSISION TO INDEPENDENT LIVING, RESEARCH, and/or TRAINING. Co-chairs will facilitate the discussions and prepare a summary which will be distributed to participants and appropriate professional sources. All topics have potential inclusion aspects with significant implications for advancing our profession.
TRAINING PROGRAMS: Trainers, those who work with trainers, and those interested in training have opportunity to share models of training, evaluation, professional certification/credentials existing and desired, issues, and plan for networking.
