OVERVIEW: This four dialogue series is designed to engage FICE CONGESS participants in discussing critical topic for our organization, individual country members, and individual FICE members. Participants may select any or all of the following sessions: EXCHANGE PROGRAMS, LEAVING CARE/TRANSISION TO INDEPENDENT LIVING, RESEARCH, and/or TRAINING. Co-chairs will facilitate the discussions and prepare a summary which will be distributed to participants and appropriate professional sources. All topics have potential inclusion aspects with significant implications for advancing our profession.

EXCHANGE PROGRAMS:
Those involved in exchange programs and/or are interested in exchange programs will discuss interest, successful programs, issues and challenges, and collaboration to encourage and implement a variety of exchange programs including youth and staff. Ways to maintain contact and collaboration will be identified.

Co-Chairs: Jim Anglin, University of Victoria, Canada Emmanuel Grupper, FICE-Israel
